Parent's Rights

As a parent, we believe you have the right to:

  • Know the philosophy and goals of the program

  • Know and the daily schedule for your child(ren), including the program plan, time of meals etc.

  • Receive advance notice for special activities via our parent connections messages

  • Know how your child is behaving, growing, learning and interacting with others

  • Know how our teachers interact with both children and fellow staff members

  • Know that our discipline policy follows Texas State Licensing

  • Know our health and safety policy and procedures

  • Know our sanitation standards and the health habits that we practice

  • Have frequent communication with our teachers

  • Be heard when you have any concerns

Parent's Responsibilities

As a parent, we believe you have a responsibility to:

  • Bring your child(ren) clean and properly dressed

  • Be sure your child has had adequate rest and is in good health

  • Inform the director and teachers if your child(ren) has an allergy, has been exposed to a contagious illness or has had a change in behavior due to a traumatic experience.

  • Notify the director of vacations or absences in advance

  • Keep your child(ren)’s records up to date in our files

  • Inform director if someone other than parents will pick up your child(ren)

  • Notify the center when you may be late for pickup

  • Pay all tuition and fees on time

  • Keep your child at home if child is showing symptoms of any illness
